Let’s Aim for the SIZE OF A BANANA

 

When I say the “SIZE OF A BANANA”, I’m referring to the idealistic shape and size of poop!

In addition to the size and shape, the color and smell of your feces matter when aiming for a healthier skin. I used to experience chronic gastritis due to stress when I was younger and had very bad skin; I would have so many pimples. But 20 years ago, I started acupuncture treatment for my digestive system. Once my digestive system improved, my skin started to get better; my pimples disappeared and I started to have moist skin that would last for a long time. In addition to my acupuncture treatment, I have changed my diet and way of life according to the doctor’s recommendation, and I have also spent time studying ways to improve my life as well.

There are many treatments, but slightly changing your way of life is a very easy treatment that can be tried out immediately.

You can always confirm if your digestive system has improved by looking if the size of your feces is similar to a banana. The size, the smell, and the color change when your digestive system has improved, so I have been slowly but steadily improving my health by slightly changing my diet and drinking more water over the years.
